Source Control.. TFS or SVN?

I am starting to move the source code out from GotDotNet Source control. However, I find that the Team Foundation Server is a little too convoluted for pure source control purposes. I would love to hear from different people what we should use for source control? Do we persist with TFS or wait for Microsoft to introduce SVN into CodePlex.

If you believe SVN / CVS is better, than perhaps we can all help push this to happen faster by voting this work item:

It seems like there will not be a SVN source control for Codeplex. However, Microsoft team is actively building a SVN to TFS bridge. It is still under development., but I guess you are free to try it.

Scott Hanselman wrote a pretty good blog article about it. Check it here:

Let me know if it works fine. For now, I will stick with the free Team Explorer.
